| Description: | Here's the hop selection that I used. One of the things I love about the Saison style is that commercially it is a very open ended style. I've tried quite a few different Saisons that offer up so many different flavors from spices, loads of hops, or wild yeasts and a whole spectrum of colors. I'm quite the hophead, so with this recipe I'm shooting for a hoppy Saison. The unmarked bags are Amarillos. All of the whole hops will be added to the hop back. |
